2. Eligibility

To transact with Lee Impex, you must be:

  • At least 18 years old

  • Legally eligible to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws

3. Product Quality & Certifications

  • All export products are 100% tested and certified before shipment.

  • Customized packaging and private labeling options are available upon request.

  • All imports are sourced from 100% verified and quality-tested international suppliers.

  • Import quality undergoes strict audits; our clients have rated us 92% on overall satisfaction.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed based on mutually agreed contracts and payment terms.

  • Export orders are typically shipped within the agreed timeline based on product availability and port logistics.

  • Import deliveries are subject to international customs and clearance schedules. We offer full port clearance and logistics support.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing is subject to market fluctuations, seasonal availability, and volume of the order.

  • All payments must be made via authorized banking channels only.

  • Orders are confirmed only after full or agreed partial payment is received.

  • We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement.

  • Post-shipment cancellations are not accepted.

  • Refunds (if any) are processed only in cases of contractual non-compliance or product mismatch, as approved by our quality control team.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

  • Lee Impex shall not be liable for delays caused due to natural disasters, customs holds, transport disruptions, or third-party logistics failures.

  • Product descriptions and certifications are provided as per international trade norms, but buyers are advised to conduct their own inspections before finalizing high-volume orders.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, including images, logos, data sheets, and product information, is the intellectual property of Lee Impex and cannot be reused without permission.

9. Confidentiality

  • All client data, contracts, and transactions are kept strictly confidential and are not shared with any third party without written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, India.
